Support our Troops

Thanks be that this news source is telling us how our returning troops are being supported.

Basham, now home with his parents, wants to start a new life with a quality education. When he enrolled at Austin's Community College to become a paramedic, they told him he'd have to pay out-of-state tuition, because of his time in the military.
You'd think that the Texas Education Coordinating Board would cut the guy some slack. It's things like this that result in the bad reputation of colleges and military service. Now I'm wondering how many others are suffering from the same. via J-Walk
